I can not say enough about Shawn and new Era contracting . We bought a old ranch and the house needed completely gutted . Shawn took on the very large task and knocked it completely out of the park . He took everything down to the studs even having to replace some of those because of termite damage . He built my dream home . And a gorgeous back patio area for us to entertain. I would never even consider having someone else do a project for us . Shawn is unbelievably talented kind and honest .
